However, the warm-up should be worthy of its name. If it is not performed according to the requirement, the body may not give its best during the game. A player should take professional guidance for the warm-up.
A player should follow a routine. If the body is not set into a regime of regular practice and regime, the player cannot perform consistently in the game. Persistent practice and a routine lets the player play spontaneously. If there is too much effort, it means that the player hasn’t put much effort into warming up. Similarly, climatic conditions also matter a lot on a warm-up routine. If the place is too hot, the body may not need a rigorous workout. However, if the temperature is too low, the body may tend to become stiff. To make it more resilient and flexible, a hardcore workout regime is required. The warm-up regime also depends upon factors like the personal capacity to reciprocate to the warm-up. Some people may merge into their routine, while there are players who do not accept a certain kind of warm-up. Therefore, it is extremely important to have a customized plan for a warm-up for optimum performance in the game.
